I had my very first motorhome adventure with Frieda, from Leverkusen to the North Cape and back, 4 weeks, 6800 km, alone with the campervan. All in all, it was a fantastic adventure! A great motorhome (Chausson 640), well-equipped and a reliable companion on rough roads, lots of snow, ice, and the like. Absolutely recommended! Marc, keep up the good work!

This was my second time renting a campervan from Friedas Camper. First in April with a 777 and now in November with a 640. Both models were in perfect condition, both technically and visually. The owner provides a very thorough briefing and documents everything. Communication is quick and easy. I highly recommend Friedas Camper.

In September of this year, we rented a campervan from Frieda's Camper. Rosamunde served us very well for three weeks. We were very pleased with the rental process, the friendly staff, and the straightforward handling of everything. The campervan was well-equipped, and a grill was even offered to us, which proved very useful. Based on this experience, we have already made another booking.

Frieda's Camper is highly recommended! The service was excellent, from the straightforward pick-up to the smooth return. The campervan was in superb condition and the equipment left nothing to be desired – everything we needed for our trip was there. We've just spent three weeks traveling in a motorhome. The rental process was straightforward, although responses could have been a bit quicker. I had some questions about the equipment, such as the load capacity of the bike rack. (However, it was significantly better than with other providers on previous bookings.) The handover briefing was perfect, and all our questions were answered and explained thoroughly. Returning the motorhome was also very easy; there were absolutely no problems.

This was our second time renting a motorhome from Frliedas Camper. Registration, viewing, and contract processing went very smoothly. The vehicles are well explained, and everything regarding handover and return is communicated via email before you even leave the premises. You can also reach someone while on the road. The staff are very friendly and take their time with you. We thank them and look forward to renting again.

We had a very positive first experience renting a campervan from Friedas Camper and wanted to share it! Since it was our first time renting, we were quite inexperienced, but Mark was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly, so we were able to follow along easily. We travelled through France and northern Spain with our family (2 adults, 2 children) for three weeks in July and August 2024. Everything went absolutely smoothly…from booking (by the way, their website is fantastic) to returning the camper. Even when we had questions about the camper, we could always reach someone. The vehicles have a really good basic equipment package – and they were in excellent condition. It was also no problem to take our time looking at the vehicles beforehand. All our questions were answered. The prices are fair! I don't know of any other rental company in the area with comparable vehicles and service. I would definitely book with you again. When we booked a campervan at short notice, we had to make several changes and special requests in every respect. And then, to make matters worse, everything that could go wrong with the payment did. The patience and understanding shown to us was invaluable. When we were almost at our wits' end, the employee remained calm and collected, willingly investing time well beyond his working hours both when picking up and returning the vehicle. Such dedication and service are unfortunately very rare these days. A huge thank you and much appreciation for your patience! We will gladly recommend you!

Why rent in Krefeld when you live between Cologne and Bonn? Our local rental company didn't have a Chausson 640 available on our desired dates, so we looked further afield. Friedas not only had the Chausson available, but also made a great first impression on the phone. Since we were familiar with the vehicle, we handled everything online beforehand without even seeing it in person. Friedas has a very well-structured booking and information process that leaves no questions unanswered. On the day of pickup, the friendly colleague M (I won't mention his name out of respect for his privacy) gave us a thorough introduction and patiently answered all our questions. Unfortunately, the left wing mirror was damaged during our vacation. My fault. The claim process was quick and straightforward; the amount was simply deducted from the security deposit, and that was that. A few days later, we received a voucher for our next rental, and if we go camping again next year, we'll definitely use it with Friedas. From our conversations on-site, we gathered that the company is growing rapidly, which is perfectly understandable. The website sometimes seems to struggle to keep up with the growth and doesn't always list everything the vehicles have to offer. But so what? If you're not familiar with the camper, just drop by and see for yourself. It's great to hear that Friedas will soon be offering even more models and vehicles. So, to sum it up: friendly, top-notch service, a superbly equipped vehicle in excellent condition, and a completely smooth rental process! Thank you so much, Friedas team!
